I'm Ludovic Bodin. I help founders, boards, and PE-backed companies use AI to create disproportionate growth with very small teams.

I've spent my career on both sides of the table: building companies, taking one public, and investing in two that became unicorns. That work has run across China, Europe, and Silicon Valley — three markets that scale by very different rules, which is where most of what I teach comes from.
